rollercoaster week

Just like the lyrics of the song, I have been up and down but im not trying to get any of those feelings again... It has been heaven and hell of a week for me. So happy on a Monday then suddenly got so low the next day. Toxic on Wednesday. Depressed on Thursday. Friday gave me hopes just to be frustrated on Saturday. Sunday was a rest day. A quiet, peaceful day. Preparing me for another round of this wobbly ride...
